Project Management
Adcon provides services in accordance with each client's individual needs. We create and maintain open lines of communication. Our approach to project management is a combination of monitoring and evaluating project quality, cost, and schedule. Adcon monitors the activities of construction managers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers of materials and equipment during the course of project development, with respect to project progress, the budget, and conformance with the contract documents. We keep the client advised of our observations and findings, make the appropriate recommendations, and monitor the activity changes.
