Facility Assessments
ADCON recently finished a facility assessment of the Leslie Pinckney Hill Library at Cheyney University. This assessment included describing and evaluating the following building components: Roofing system, building exterior, building foundation, building grounds and site, electrical system, mechanical system, plumbing system, sprinkler system, I.T. network system, security system, and fire alarm system.
The assessment also consisted of constructing a physical existing conditions drawing set and a comprehensive cost estimate.
