As a construction project progresses, it is crucial that detailed and accurate records are kept and organized for future reference. This includes descriptions and photographs of partially and/or fully completed work, record of any conflicts and how they were resolved, records of equipment and material receipts and certifications, material test results, personnel on site, accidents, etc. This information can be critical in the event of a conflict or proposed change order.
